Bob Wagman discussed the status of the flooding issues. Bob said things were moving along fast. Approval for the Watershed study which will cost about $200,000 and cover the 5 mile river in Darien and Rowayton as well as Norwalk is one approval away per Larry Cafaro. Mayor Moccia has called a meeting of 5 mile river residents who wish to make repairs to the river banks now. He would expedite permits. Next step is hiring firm to do the study.
